Reservation Information

Reservations should be made well in advance of all trips to assure you a date of your choice.  One third of the trip price is due when reservations are made.  We are offering a 10% discount if you have a group of 6 or more people.  Gratuities are not included.  Deposits are transferable to another trip for one year at our discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances.  Deposits are refunded only in the event of death of the client.

WE ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS

You should arrive at our headquarters by 8 a.m. the morning your trip starts and you will be returned there on the afternoon of the last day of the trip.  Lodging is available at nearby motels for the night before and after your pack trip.

Guests who are flying should come into Gallatin Field, Bozeman, Montana, which is served by Frontier, United, and Delta Airlines.  Transportation to or from the airport is available with advance notice. 

You will need a warm sleeping bag, foam pad, warm clothing, rain gear and your personal items which should be packed in a canvas army type duffel bag.  A detailed list of needed items will be sent to all trip participants.
